FAQ
Questions? Answered.
How do I get paid — and in what currency?
Self-serve tiers pay out via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal. Withdraw in your local currency (KES, NGN, GHS, ZAR, UGX, TZS, USD and 40+ more) with no minimum hold period.
Do I keep my masters?
Always. Rapture is a distributor, not a label. You own 100% of your rights, your masters, and your publishing — we just move the music to stores and hand you the royalties.
How fast can my music go live?
Most releases land on Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and Boomplay within 24–48 hours of upload. Claiming your artist profile for the first time can take up to 5 days.
Can I migrate from my previous distributor?
Yes. Our helpdesk guides you through the migration process to ensure the preservation of your streaming history and avoid relinking.
